If your deposit shows as canceled but your account was debited, it could be due to a transaction failure or a mismatch in payment details or payment to us via bank account that is not registered in your Mudrex account.
Please check your bank statement to confirm the debit. If the amount was debited, raise a ticket with us, including a screenshot of your transaction, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
