IMPS transactions can take up to 24 hours to process, Even after that If your deposit shows as "pending" or "processing," and the amount has been debited from your registered bank account .
Ensure that the payment was made to us and check your bank statement to verify.
If it’s been longer than that, please raise a ticket with us and include a screenshot of your transaction with a clear UTR number mentioned for a quicker resolution.
