What should I do if my deposit is showing as "pending" or "processing"?

IMPS transactions may take up to 24 hours to process. If your deposit is still pending after this period and the amount has been debited, please check your bank statement to confirm the payment was successfully made to us.

If the issue is not resolved, please raise a support ticket and include a screenshot of your transaction with a clear UTR number for a quicker resolution.
