For security and compliance reasons, it's important to note that you can only transfer funds from your own bank account/ UPID associated with your registered bank account into your Mudrex account.
Transferring funds from someone else's UPI ID is not permitted. If you have mistakenly transferred funds from another UPI ID please reach out to us with the screenshot of the payment showing clear UTR for further verification.
