I transferred USDT from an external wallet, but it hasn't appeared in my account. What should I do?

If you transferred USDT from an external wallet and it hasn't appeared in your account, first check the transaction hash from your sender exchange/platform.

You can verify its status in the blockchain explorer to see if it was successful. Ensure that you sent a coin we support over the correct network, along with the correct tags and address.

If the details are incorrect, the funds may be lost in the blockchain, and unfortunately, we won't be able to recover them.
