What should I do if my UPI deposit fails?

UPI failures can occur. If you notice that the funds have been debited from your bank account but have not been credited to your Mudrex account, please raise a ticket with our support team.  


Remember to share the transaction details and a screenshot of the payment. We'll promptly investigate the issue and ensure that your funds are credited correctly. Your cooperation and patience are appreciated.
