What should I do if my transaction shows debited from my bank but not credited to Mudrex?

IMPS transactions can take up to 24 hours to process, If your transaction shows as debited from your bank but hasn't been credited to Mudrex, please check that you’ve made the payment to the correct account and to us only.


If everything appears correct, raise a ticket with us and include a screenshot of the transaction from your bank statement. We’ll investigate and help credit the amount to your Mudrex wallet.
