Why am I getting error while adding my Bank Account?

  • Enter the correct account number carefully. Double-check to ensure there are no missing or extra digits.

  • Verify the IFSC code thoroughly. Sometimes, the letter "O" and the digit "0" can be confused, which may lead to verification failures.

  • Avoid changing your bank account frequently unless absolutely necessary. There is a lifetime limit of 12 bank account changes.

  • If your bank account status shows as "processing," please don’t worry—it will typically be approved within a few minutes.

  • Ensure the bank account name matches exactly with the name on your PAN card. If there's a discrepancy due to a bank error, please get it corrected with your bank before adding the account to avoid rejection.
