If your beneficiary account is showing as blocked, please try using your registered bank's net banking or banking app to add the beneficiary again. Double-check all the details carefully from the Mudrex app, especially account numbers and IFSC codes.
You can retry after 3-6 hrs as it could be an intermittent issue, If the issue persists, please raise a ticket with a screen recording/ screenshot of the error for further assistance.
