What should I do if the IMPS payment is failing repeatedly?

If your IMPS payment is failing repeatedly, please ensure you’re using the correct account details, including the lastest IFSC code and account number from our app. 


Make sure to initiate the payment only through your registered bank's net banking or banking app. If the problem persists please raise a ticket with us along with a screen recording/ screenshot for further assistance.
