Why has my Crypto deposit not been credited to my Mudrex account?

When transferring crypto from an external platform to Mudrex, the process involves three key steps:

1.Withdrawal from the external platform: Initiate the withdrawal on the platform you are using.

2.Blockchain network confirmation: After initiation, the transaction is broadcast to the blockchain. It may show as “completed” or “successful” on the sending platform, but actual confirmation on the blockchain can take time. The number of required network confirmations depends on the blockchain.

3.Funds credited to your Mudrex account: Once the required confirmations are achieved, the funds are credited to your Mudrex wallet.

If your deposit hasn’t appeared yet, please be patient — it may still be waiting for blockchain confirmations.

If the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain but the funds are still not in your Mudrex account, double-check that you used the correct network and the correct wallet address on the blockchain explorer.
