You will be notified through:
• In-App Notifications: An alert or prompt will appear on the homepage and in your profile section.
• Email Reminders: Regular email reminders will be sent before your Re-KYC due date.
• Mandatory Prompt: After the due date, you will see a non-cancellable prompt when you open the app, guiding you to complete the Re-KYC process.
