My transaction shows successful on another platform, but it's not reflecting in Mudrex. What could be the issue?

If your transaction shows as successful on another platform but isn't reflecting in Mudrex, first check the transaction hash from your sender exchange/platform. Verify its status in the blockchain explorer to confirm it was successful. 


Ensure that you sent a coin we support over the correct network, along with the correct tags and address. If any details are incorrect, the funds may be lost in the blockchain, and unfortunately, we won't be able to recover them
