As per guidelines issued by the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT), the platform facilitating the transaction is responsible for deducting TDS.
Accordingly, Mudrex deducts and deposits the applicable 1% TDS on behalf of users in cases where TDS is applicable on the platform.
Users do not need to take any additional action for TDS deduction.
