Referral Program -Terms and Conditions

A) Program Eligibility

To be eligible, the Referrer must be an existing user of Mudrex

Individuals who receive a reference (via a link or referral code) from a Referrer are referred to as "Friends" (or a "Friend" individually)

(B) New Referral Program

As of 11th Aug 2024 (“New Referral Program”), New users and previously referred users will be considered as part of this program. Rewards for this program will be given out to the referrers as part of the terms of the new referral program.

(C) Broad Terms of The New Referral Program

• Referrers earn rewards on the coins buy/sell fee of their friends who have joined using their referral link/code.

• In the first year, referrers earn 50% commission on the coins buy/sell fee of their friends, credited instantly. In the following year, referrers earn 30% commission on the same

• Additionally, referrers earn ₹200 worth Bitcoin on their friend’s first deposit of ₹2000 or more provided that the deposit is done within 3 days of sign up. 

• Your friend earns ₹200 worth Bitcoin upon depositing ₹2000 or more within 3 days of sign up.

• Since this is a program to invite friends and acquaintances to use Mudrex, the referrer will receive a deposit reward for up to 10 friends. 

• Friends can join using a referral code up to 3 days from their signup date. 

• Rewards earned through this program can be invested and withdrawn from Mudrex. However, to withdraw, the referrer must complete the identity verification process. Additionally, withdrawals are subject to a minimum limit and standard restrictions that apply consistently.

• Referrers cannot invite themselves

• Referrers can only invite friends who have signed up after them. 

• Referral rewards are based on trading fee commissions; therefore, no rewards will be earned on days when fees are waived.

(D) Previous referral program

Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, it is to clarify that as of 11th August 2024, no further rewards of the previous referral program will be disbursed to both the Referrer and the Friend for having made a successful invite and signup respectively. All rewards earned as part of the previous program will continue to exist as was in the previous program. All referrals made previously will remain intact and the reward calculation will be based on the new referral program.

(E) Making a Referral

• A Referrer must register with Mudrex to make a referral

• Referrers must ensure that they refer individuals who meet the eligibility requirement and along with other requirements given in the Terms and Conditions

• Referrers must not refer themselves

• Referrers cannot refer already referred users of Mudrex, if they do same will be considered invalid under this program

• When a referred friend makes their first deposit, it is counted as a “Successful referral”

(F) Other terms and conditions

The Mudrex Referral Program is subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice

It is the user's responsibility to check for updates to the terms and conditions.

(G) Disclaimer

Notwithstanding anything contrary to the foregoing, Mudrex in its sole discretion reserves the right to amend/alter/add/delete or change any terms and conditions governing the Referral Program at any point, and the decision taken by Mudrex shall be conclusive and binding.
