Why was my identity verification rejected?

Identity verification could have failed for any of the following possible reasons:

The details you entered didn’t match the details mentioned in the documents you submitted
Submitted images were blurred or had too much glare making the text on the images difficult to read
You have maxed out the limits to enter your documents.
The submitted images are missing the necessary details
Documents belong to a minor, i.e., below 18 years of age
The documents you have provided already exist within our records
Rejection by our Compliance partner due to regulatory compliance requirements.
