Why was my identity verification rejected?

Identity verification could have failed for any of the following possible reasons:

• The details you entered didn’t match the details mentioned in the documents you submitted
• Submitted images were blurred or had too much glare making the text on the images difficult to read
• You have maxed out the limits to enter your documents.
• The submitted images are missing the necessary details
• Documents belong to a minor, i.e., below 18 years of age
• The documents you have provided already exist within our records
